Are children allowed in the spa area?

Children are very welcome in selected areas of our spa area. The saunas are designated as a nude zone and are accessible exclusively to guests aged 16 and over. Our swimming pools, as well as the family jacuzzi at Alpenhof and the family sauna at Julen, may however be used by children of any age.

Are children allowed in the swimming pool?

Yes, children are very welcome in our swimming pools. The swimming pool at Hotel Alpenhof is heated to 26 °C, the swimming pool at Hotel Julen to a pleasant 28 °C.

Can the spa be used before check-in?

Yes, the swimming pool can be used from 07:00 and the wellness area from 10:00.

Can you still use the spa after check-out?

Yes, certainly! Even after check-out, you can still use our Spa area until 20:00 in the evening.

Good to know

The Day-Spa admission and massages are charged separately. Even when booking a massage, the regular SPA admission fee is payable. Unfortunately, a discount on the admission price when booking a massage at the same time is not possible.
