Rooms at Hotel Julen Zermatt

Sleeping with genuine Zermatt tradition

Cosy chalet-style rooms – with wool from our Blacknose sheep

Arrive, switch off and feel completely at ease: At the Tradition Julen Hotel, you stay in cosy rooms and suites in authentic chalet style. Lots of wood, warm materials and loving details create an atmosphere that makes Zermatt's mountain home feel tangible.

From our sheep to your bed

What is tradition with us comes to life in the hotel. Our Blacknose sheep are part of the Julen family and an integral part of our history and our connection with Zermatt.

Their wool accompanies you all the way to your room and provides a natural, comfortable sleeping climate there. In this way, alpine comfort is combined with true heritage – entirely in the spirit of our philosophy: authentic, family-run and with love for the region.

Your retreat in Zermatt

Whether a cosy double room, spacious suite or family room: our 31 chalet-style rooms offer space to relax and unwind. Some rooms and suites also delight with a balcony and Matterhorn views.

After an active day in the mountains, your personal retreat awaits you. Enjoy the peace, sleep in soft Swiss wool and start the next Zermatt day feeling relaxed.

Authentic. Natural. Julen. - Sleep where Zermatt tradition is at home.
