In the year 2016, Patrick Zeh again received 13 Gault Millau points - this time for the Restaurant Alpenhof. Light, fresh and seasonally inspired cuisine with exclusive ingredients and unique taste combinations – that is what distinguishes the kitchen of the Hotel Alpenhof.
From the Scottish wild salmon in a vodka saffron marinade with New Guinea vanilla to the lamb trilogy on truffled savoy cabbage with herbs to the noble cheese fondues in the typical Allpenhof style – find it all in our winter menu 2016/17.
The Restaurant Alpenhof offers the 5-course selection menu all year round for hotel guests as well as for external guests.
Wine lovers are in the right place in the Alpenhof with a choice of over 200 different wines from all around the world. Be it as an aperitif before the meal, noble accompaniment to a delicious meal or as a sweet finisher at the end of the evening - we are sure to have the right wine for every palate.
